What is YPHA?

The Patient Arrival Notifier is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed to replace the legacy Call Button or Switch in a waiting room with a Wi-Fi enabled tablet. YPHA is kind of like a digital receptionist.

How does it work?

When a patient arrives in the waiting room or lobby, they see a picture of each counselor in the office on a tablet. They simply tap the face of the counselor they came to see and the counselor gets an email—instantly.
